Butchery Masterclass Evening – Wednesday 16th March from 7.30pm

Robert Johnson from Brackley Butchers will be holding a Butchery Masterclass on the evening of Wednesday 16th March from 7.30pm at Limes Farm.

You will be able to watch Rob as he demonstrates how to get all the cuts from the lamb so that nothing is left to waste. You will also get a chance to have a go with a sausage making class where you get to keep your own sausages to take home and cook!

After the masterclass we will be serving a delicious Lamb Hotpot for everyone to enjoy along with a selection of desserts, local ale and wine.

All this for only £20 per person! Places are limited so please pop into the shop, call 01295 712 490 or email intouch@limesfarm.com to book your tickets.

Product of the Month – Limes Farm Onion Jam

Made with home grown Limes Farm onions, hand picked, chopped and cooked very slowly to release their sweetness and create this mouth watering jam. Great served with cheese, add a dollop with your sausages and mash, or spread in your sandwich.

Only £2.75 per 330ml jar or buy two jars for only £5...once you've tried it one jar just wont be enough!

We are now serving a range of breakfast treats on Saturdays and Sundays from 9.00am to 11.30am. Your choices include: Freshly baked pastries, Farmers Full English with the best local bacon, sausages, eggs and mushrooms Northamptonshire has to offer...plus lots of other breakfast dishes to keep you going all morning!

So come on down, read the paper, enjoy a coffee and tuck into one of the finest breakfasts around - even if we do say so ourselves!
